These terms cover this website and enquiries made through it. They are not a contract of sale — every order is confirmed separately, in writing or on WhatsApp.

QUOTATIONS. Everything shown here is made to order. Photographs are of work we have completed and are illustrative: the size, steel gauge, fittings and finish of your piece are what we agree in your quotation. No price is published on this site, and a price written on a photograph is not a current quotation.

ORDERS. An order begins when we confirm the specification and you accept the quotation. Changes to size, material or finish after that may change the price and the delivery date; we will tell you before going ahead.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. Any timeline we give is an honest estimate based on the work already in the shop. Where delivery or installation is included, it is stated in the quotation.

WORKMANSHIP. We put right manufacturing or welding defects in work we have made. Damage from misuse, overloading, alteration by someone else, or transport arranged by you is not covered.

THIS WEBSITE. The photographs and text belong to Sonu Steel Furniture. Details change as the range changes — contact us for what is current.
